One letter is from Scottish Woodlands Ltd thanking James MacKay for agreeing to make a speech at the reopening ceremony, the second is the invitiation from Pittodrie House Hotel to the ceremony and lunch reception.
James is highly critical of the delay in the production of the leaflet which was to be published in May 1990, he notes he put in a lot of work for free and is angry that there had been no leaflets for the public despite huge interest;
