A direction pedestal built by Inverurie Academy pupils on the Mither Tap was hit by vandals.

Tom Angus reports on a trip made by 47 pupils, 12 teachers and nine other adults to make a moonlight ascent of Craigshannoch, Oxencraig and the Mither Tap. This trip was a success.

A group of Scouts took it upon themselves to clean up and repair Hosie's Well on the way up to Mither Tap. The Scouts involved were Leslie Adam, Colin Pirie, James Morgan and Michael Tevendale with leaders Bill Shand, Sandy Ewen, Ian Dow and Bob Low.

This rally was considered a success and the weather was fine.

Aberdeenshire Council Compliments slip. Fred writes to "Geoff" (no surname) prefacing a copy of the FC contract "for safe keeping". He explains he has issued an invoice on the Bailies' behalf for £500, the cost of the paths contract.

Davidson provides feedback on points James has raised on the application form, i.e. Bailies would be 1 of many wishing to support the project; make high quality paths, brief description of project, grant level (£40K); apply by May '95.
